The Prodimed Programme is not a traditional diet aimed at looks and appearance. The programme specifically focuses on counteracting health issues resulting from problematic excess weight. Is the Prodimed Programme for everyone?

No. Growing children and pregnant women are not allowed to follow the Prodimed Programme. For more contraindications, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our dieticians. They will look at each situation to see what the options are.

How long is the Prodimed Programme?

The Prodimed Programme has no fixed duration. After all, it is not a standard programme: every participant receives a personalised plan. This means the duration depends on things like weight, gender, age, height, medication, health issues, etc. Of course, we can give you a general indication. You will find out the approximate length of your Prodimed Programme during your telephone consultation with the dietician.

Where can I purchase and follow the Prodimed Programme?

The Prodimed Programme is only available online, through the affiliated Prodimed dieticians. You can book a telephone consultation (free of charge and without obligation) with one of our dieticians on the Prodimed website. You will then also have access to the MyProdimed online platform, which you can use to conveniently order Prodimed products, and lots more.

Why is Prodimed unique and distinctive?

Prodimed is distinctive because it tackles the core of the problem. It heals the body, which is sick because of excess weight. Prodimed is unique because of the specially developed supplements that play an important role in the process. The supplements are the results of more than 20 years of research and development. Why do only dieticians offer the Prodimed Programme?

Quality and knowledge are incredibly important to Prodimed. A dietician is a specialist in nutrition and behaviours, in sickness and in health. Each dietician at Prodimed has completed the Nutrition and Dietetics 4-HBO course.

Why is the support online?

Research shows that online support brings much better results. Online support will increase in the future and become the new way of working. It is convenient, flexible, fast, and cheaper so it makes sense. And it works! Just remember how quickly society embraced online working during the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s part of our lives now.

What does online support mean?

At Prodimed, every client has their own dedicated personal dietician for one-to-one support from start to finish. We don’t use call centres or robots. Contact is over the phone, via chat, e-mail, or through the handy MyProdimed app. What’s more, there are no restrictions on the support given throughout the programme – no extra costs or limits.

Is online support actually successful?

Absolutely. Research even shows that online support brings much better results than consultations at a practice. This is because it is quicker and easier for the client to make contact with the dietician this way: no need to physically make their way to the practice. It’s all to do with flexibility, speed, convenience, but also cost.

Why are the consultations free of charge?

The consultations are a fundamental pillar of the Prodimed Programme. We absolutely do not want you to skimp on consultations. What’s more, research shows that free consultations lead to the best results, and long-term success. And that’s what it is all about for us.

How do I book a personalised consultation?

Use the online diary to select a date and time that is most convenient for you. Of course, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service too.

Meals and Supplements

Do I have to use the products and supplements during the programme?

Yes. It is very important that you stick to the prescribed meals and supplements. After all, they have been specially developed to stimulate the fat metabolism and help the body to recover. The meals and supplements are part of the Prodimed Programme. They provide a targeted approach during the different stages and are then slowly phased out.

I have an allergy or intolerance.

We recommend that you contact one of our dieticians. They can advise you and look at your options with you.

Can I combine the Prodimed Programme with other diet products?

No. The specially developed supplements are tailored to the Prodimed meals. Everything contains exactly the right ingredients, vitamins, and minerals. Different meals would interfere with the recovery and metabolism processes, which could actually be harmful. The dietician will also explain this in depth during the consultation.

Can I order my products online?

Yes. It is easy to use MyProdimed to order your meals and supplements online.

Cost

How much does the Prodimed Programme cost?

There is no fixed price for the Prodimed Programme. This is because every participant is different, and we only provide personalised options. For this reason, we always recommend a free and no-obligation telephone consultation. This consultation will explain everything you need to know. Including the cost.

How much does dietician support cost?

We provide the online dietician support completely free of charge and without obligation. Research shows that this leads to the best end result and long-term success. The support is part of the Prodimed Programme.

How much does a consultation cost?

The telephone consultation is completely free of charge and without obligation. This means the programme is accessible for everyone.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer standard bulk discounts in the MyProdimed environment.

Will my health insurer cover the cost of the Prodimed Programme?

No, not at the moment.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

We offer several safe payment methods, such as iDeal, credit card, Afterpay, Paypal, bank transfer, and even instalments (in the Netherlands).

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. We currently offer payment in instalments in the Netherlands, through CreditClick.

Do you offer any subscriptions?

No. We do not offer subscriptions.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes, this is possible as long as it meets the return terms and conditions and a return notification is in place.

How do I return a product?

First, notify us of a return via our customer service. We will contact you to arrange your return.

What are the return terms and conditions?

There is a 14 day cooling-off period after you receive your order. If you wish to return your package, please notify our customer service. The packaging must be completely secure and undamaged. The return costs are at your expense.

Delivery

Which delivery service does Prodimed use?

Prodimed works with the courier DPD.

How long does delivery take?

99% of orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, we have no control over weather conditions, outages and/or peak times at parcel carriers.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order has been processed, you will receive a message from the carrier with information on how to track your order.

Can I collect my order from a collection point?

Yes. You can select a collection point nearby during the order process.

I haven’t received some of the products I ordered, what do I do?

We are sorry that your order is not complete. Please contact our customer service so that we can resolve your issue quickly and correctly.
